Vidyakunj International School is proud to host a three-day ISRO Workshop & Space Science Exhibition in collaboration with AAAQR Space Tutor for Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)

Students will get a unique opportunity to explore the fundamentals of space science through interactive sessions, hands-on activities, working models, and expert guidance from ISRO scientists. A special Space Science Exhibition showcasing models of satellites, rockets, launch vehicles, and landmark missions will also be open for visitors.

The Launch Vehicles: PSLV (The Workhorse), GSLV, and the mighty LVM3 (Mk III).

Historical Icons: Relive the beginnings with Aryabhata, Bhaskara, and APPLE.

Deep Space Missions: Explore the terrains of the Moon and Mars via 3D lunar maps and Mangalyaan exhibits.

Living Tech: See how GSAT and RISAT satellites function through working technical models.

Meet the Pioneers: Interactive Scientist Dialogues

The Cosmos After Dark: An Evening with the Night Sky

Space on wheels

ISRO’s famous "Space on Wheels" bus is rolling onto campus! This converted mobile museum is packed with satellite subsystems, launch vehicle components, and immersive informational panels. It’s a literal "knowledge hub" that brings the cosmos to our doorstep.

What is the ISRO Workshop & Space Science Exhibition?

It is a three-day educational event in collaboration with AAAQR, the registered space tutor for ISRO, featuring expert-led workshops, hands-on activities, stargazing sessions, and a space science exhibition with interactive models.

Who can attend the event?

The workshop and exhibition are open to all students, while parents and the general public are also welcome to attend the exhibition.

Is registration required?

Yes. Prior registration is mandatory for student participation in the workshop. Students and visitors can register here

Is there any registration fee?

There are no registration charges for the event. The Space Science Exhibition will be open to all the students

Is this event aligned with the school curriculum?

Yes. The workshop is aligned with the CBSE curriculum and strongly reflects the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) by promoting experiential learning, inquiry-based learning, multidisciplinary thinking, critical thinking, and scientific temper. Through hands-on activities, model-based learning, and interaction with scientists, students connect classroom concepts with real-world applications, as envisioned under NEP.
