Documents required at the time of Admission. The admission will not be completed unless all the following documents are duly submitted.
Student's birth certificate: Original birth certificate with clearly mentioned DoB ‚ issued by the concerned Government Authority.
Proof of Residence: Photocopy of Electoral card/Passport/Driving Licence/Telephone Bill
Aadhar UIDAI (Students, Mother & Father)
Passport (In case of Foreign Nationality)
Samagra ID
UDISE PEN (Permanent Enrollment Number)
Caste certificate if applicable.
Bank Passbook/ Cancelled cheque: Parent's/ Student's: For refund of caution money
Grade sheet/ Report card of the last class attended (For admission in Class ll and above only)
Original Transfer Certificates (TCs) from previous institutes (For admission in Class ll and above)
3 Passport sized photo of the student. Photo must not be older than 3 months. Should have white background.
